For more than 40 years now, KARL GEORG has been supplying crane wheels according to the DIN or works standard, or customers drawing, in the Ø-range from 100 to 1250 mm, starting from batch size 1. The crane wheel materials, such as forged steel, cast steel or nodular iron, are precisely attuned in each individual case. The crane wheels can be, for example, with and without wheel flanges, with roller bearings or sliding bearings, with or without gear ring. Depending on the request, we offer also heat treatment, for example, slip free hardening of the running surface or special colouring schemes. In addition, you receive from us adequate accessories such as pinions, wheel axles, wearing washers as well as other crane components and accessories.
