Last Friday, we hosted a special event at Karl Georg – an idea that originated at the network breakfast of TraForce (Altenkirchen/Westerwald Transformation Network).

The focus was on the first meeting of trainers and HR managers from the region on training cooperation. Numerous company representatives were on hand, briefly introduced themselves and their training approaches, and then engaged in an open, constructive exchange. 🎯 The goal of the meeting: To find ways together to impart specialist knowledge that isn't covered in our own company through a trainee exchange – thus enriching the training for everyone involved.

The result: A very successful start that whets the appetite for more. Further meetings are already being planned! A heartfelt thank you to all participants for the valuable input and the great atmosphere.
