KARL GEORG offers professional reconditioning and repair of worn or damaged crane wheels, wheel sets, and wheel blocks—directly at our factory and, on request, including a pick-up and delivery service.

After cleaning and disassembly, a professional assessment is carried out. Our customers receive a clear overview of reusable components, necessary new parts, and the entire scope of work.

Reconditioning conserves resources, reduces CO₂ emissions, and actively supports the circular economy. As a rule, savings of 30–40% can be achieved compared to a new product – with a result that is technically equivalent to a new part. 
Two years warranty is included as a matter of course.
